"Easy to read informative and mega helpful to get you a more confident rider"

"Not only is it written in an easy to read, humorous way, it’s full of information which explains and normalises why you feel like you do in situations outside of your comfort zone. Krissie is so open and honest about her own experiences which help explain about the naughty critters in our head. She comes up with useful and very achievable exercises to do to help re-educate your brain. The changes I’ve been able to make in my riding is unbelievable all by using the information within this book. If you’re a nervous rider or just want to improve your confidence on and around your horse this is a must read."

"Changed my thought process to the positive!"

"This book has been given me so much confidence to believe in myself, my pony and our ability to achieve my goals without so much fear being in tow, it was draining me!

I feel free from my negativity thoughts-they still come out, but I am able to park them. Honestly the book every rider should read. I loved so many parts in the book but my favourite was gratitude pg132 so humbling, I feel like this book is my secret weapon and it should be everyone’s! I’ve told everyone to read it! Definitely one book you won’t leave collecting dust and I doubt you’ll find this in a charity shop anytime soon…. If at all ever!"

"Confidence boosting for any level of rider"

"This book was really eye opening for me. I've read a lot of self-help and popular psychology books but this one really stood out. It has really helped me to reflect on my entire riding journey and decide on my next decisions with my new horse where I previously felt stuck. The author manages to have a good blend of being relatable but knowledgeable - you can tell she understands the challenges and emotional roller coaster of your everyday rider."
